Another record is released

Since we came home from the road last November we have more or less been working on new music here at home in Vasa, Finland. It has been a wonderful and creative time. Today the album with only slow songs, ”Still Thankful” was released on all digital platforms. It was released in Swedish as well

Before I started to work on the ballads album I wrote some new songs for a new Rockabilly album. As I worked with the songs I was very inspired and I was in that mood when songs keep coming and you are excited. May be a bit too excited, thats why I call the style of music ”Rock’n Rollabilly” and it is 100% that.

I am very thankful to have been working with the best musicians on this album. Rodger Carter from Los Angeles, CA have played drums. He has played with artists such as Gene Simmons, Rick Springfield, Lita Ford, John 5 and Glen Campbell to name a few. Now on the third album no one else than the legen Johnny Hatton, also from Los Angeles, Ca. He is well know from The Brian Setzer Orchestra but has also played with artists such as Elvis Presley, Bob Dylan, Dolly Parton, Liza Minelli and Bob Bennett to name a few. These two makes the ultimate Rock’n Rollabilly rhythm section and they rock. My long time friend Mikko Rintanen is doing a fantastic job on the keyboards and Elna Romberg is adding her beautiful and stylish voice to the music. Songwriter, producer and musician Janne Hyöty, known worldwide has done some guitar parts and doing the mixing and mastering. This is probably the best album I have done in my lifetime. A bunch of rocking and swinging happy songs with a message.

The single ”Jesus loves rock and roll” / Dark side grace will be released digitally April 11th. April 14the we leave home and start our European tour 2025. We are going to be on the road until mid June, so we are going to be away from home for two months. We are thankful to God for the help we got to fix the bus when the clutch needed to be replaced. We are now preparing the tour and there are still many things that need to happen, so please keep us in your prayers.

For some reason our ministry is based on tours. We spend periods of time at home and now I know why. This is when we for example do new music. Then we get out there and share the music and the message with people for a couple of months. Then we return home for a few weeks before we get out on the road again. Our Swedish tour starts at Drakudden outside Stockholm, July 11th and our last event in Sweden is in Nora on August 30th. Basically this summer goes to touring and spreading the love of Jesus with the people.

The fun part with having the bus is that we run into people where ever we stop. When we run into people there is always something divine going on. After some small talk we always get to talk about the most important thing we can talk about. Our mission is not only to tell the people at the events and outreaches about Jesus. We tell all people we meet about Jesus and God never stops to surprise us with these divine appointments.

17 days and the rally starts! Before that we need 300 liters of diesel, our electric scooter we use for grocery shopping needs a new engine, we need to do some small investments for our sound system as new cables, stands, effects as we want to be sure everything works as we want to deliver the best.
