What a blessing it has been!

26 October 2026

Dear Friends,

Since I wrote last time we had some lazy days behind but after the Bautzen prison things started to happen. On October 14th we visited the women’s prison in Chemnitz and I was not sure what to expect. I have done a few women’s prisons a long time ago in the USA but that was pretty awkward.

A wonderful team in the women's prison in Chemnitz

We got in, set up and the women came into the hall. I started with some rock and roll and they were dancing and I could see they had a good time. I continued with some more music as they seemed to like it. Then I of course went into my testimony and when I came to where my life would have ended medically I saw so many tears. I did my best to let them know how much God loves them and that they have a wonderful opportunity to get to know Jesus while they are in there. Almost all took a booklet and they wanted it signed so of course I did that. It was one of the highlights on this journey.

Wonderful young men listening at Seehaus in Leipzig

Two days later we visited Seehaus outside Leipzig that is like a youth prison but not a prison. We had a group of young men and I shared my story and told them about Jesus. At these facilities we always give a chance to the people to ask questions and one young man asked me how he could get to know Jesus better. That question just pierced my heart and it felt so good as I could see his hunger to get to know Jesus. I told him what I usually tell people that my advise is to read the Gospel of John with the mindset ”I want to know Jesus”. Look at what Jesus said, what He did and His character. Of course it does not hurt to pray before and after reading but the Bible is the word of God and in the Gospel of John you get a good picture of who Jesus really is.

The following evening we visited Kirche fur dich in Thierfeld. I had been there once before and I remembered the church as a warm and loving church. This is what I experienced again and we had a group of people who came to listen and a wonderful evening.

The following morning we got up early and brother Thomas picked us up and took us the the Immanuel Church in Thum. A small community out there somewhere. It was another warm and loving little church and we had such a blessed time. When the service was over they had lunch together as one big family.

Out for our daily bike ride

We had a few days off when we worked on different projects but we also spent time on our bikes. We have been on our bicycles every day this trip and it just makes me feel good. We have done around 20-30 kilometers per day and I also received my new bike from Silverback Bikes and E-Bike Center. We also did a couple of music videos about bicycling and we had some fun moments making these. Hope you like them. The two singles will be out on all digital platforms November 6th and I am looking forward to continue to work with Silverback Bikes and E-Bike Center.

Thursday, October 22nd we went to the local church at their social center where they feed the poor and homeless. It was a bit chilly to sing and play outside but it was a good time and those who came got something special from the grill afterwards. I visited this place the first time one and a half year ago and brother Thomas told me a testimony he heard from a man that then was dying. These stories is what keeps us going.

Friday evening we were in the FCG Glaubenzenter in Zwickau and first it was planned to be in a smaller seminar room. During the day they changed their mind and wanted to do it in the main sanctuary and that was a good idea as we had a good crowd. Not only that we had an evening in the presence of Jesus and He was there touching peoples hearts. It was a fantastic evening in so many ways.

Saturday we had our last event at EFG in Zwickau and it felt good to thank both brother Andreas and brother Thomas for their hard work. It was another well spent evening and I believe those who came got something from Jesus with them as I have nothing to give. It is all about Jesus.

Andreas and Thomas

Yesteday we drove the 600 kilometers here to Travemunde where we are right now. It was pouring down rain when we came and we used our usual spot but we are stuck in the mud so we hope that we will get up before we have to be in the harbor tomorrow late evening.

Heading towards Travemunde

Looking back at this tour makes me feel warm inside. It was everything else than easy but all those issues we had on the way seems far way now so I am not going to give them attention. I am thankful for what we saw God do in peoples lives and that is what matters.

We arrived in Travemunde safe and sound

When we come home I will finish the next album ”In search of the 12th bar”. A more blues styled album and it will be released January 1st 2027. January 2nd 2027 I will have a concert in the church of my hometown Vasa to celebrate 20 years of sobriety by God’s grace but more about this later.

God Bless!
