We are living in the middle of very exciting times. God is active and He is God. Things that are impossible for us humans are totally possible for God and again I got to see how He guided me last week through my own mistakes. I was invited to speak at a home church last friday and of some reason I thought that it was going to be in a small town, Virrat not far away from Vasa. The same day I just felt that I should check it out and I realized that I had understood wrong and that the meeting was going to be in Äänekoski, close to my birth town Jyväskylä. As it was a longer way to Äänekoski than to Virrat I decided to stay over night at a local hotel. Something bothered me still and I did not first understand what it was. After a short while it came to my mind that my biological father that I only met one time before, just a couple of weeks earlier lives nearby and I thought he might be happy to meet one of his grand children.
On friday me and my youngest daughter Jeannette took off and later in the afternoon we arrived at the Kangas family who hosted the friday night home church in Äänekoski. It was also Gods guidance to connect with these people and what really blessed my heart was having my daughter with me on the road. As other people told what Jesus had done in their life I just felt how God was speaking to my daughter and encouraged and grew her faith. Awesome testimonies about a brother who was shot in his eye and got blind. As it was impossible for this world to fix the eye, GOD took care of it and this man got his full sight back in his eye. I first thought I was going to explain it to my daughter just so I could be sure she had heard how awesome God is but something inside of me told me to not mention anything. Later when we came home my wife told me how our daughter told her about this man and how God healed his eye. Many times we think we have to make it so clear to our children about what we hear but trust me, they are listening more than we can imagine. We should never try to push our children too hard to Jesus as then we push them away. Just trust in God, pray and He will definitely take care of our children.
On saturday we woke up early and visited my father. He and his wife were happy to meet one of our children for the first time. What made it all special was that as I am his only biological child this was also the first time ever he met one of his biological grand children. I am really happy that I got to establish a relationship to my relatives that I never knew before and I do love my father. It is hard to explain but I still love my parents I have had all my life since they took care of me from when I was under one year old. They will always be my mom and my dad but I feel peace with finally knowing where I come from. Before we returned home we also visited my grandmother in Jyväskylä and as usual it was nice to see her. My daughter also liked her and I just feel that all this was something that God wanted to happen as He is doing new things all the time and HE is definitely with us.
Saturday night a sister from our church had invited some of my good friends, brothers and sisters to her home to pray for me and my family and our situations. It blows my heart away to have such good brothers and sisters that takes a saturday night to come together and pray for me and my family. I went there myself and Jesus were in the midst of us. He gave me another vision and GOD WILL take care of everything, our children and our relatives.
Sunday I was booked to speak to the youth at the church in Vörå, outside Vasa. I don't remember how many times I have been there but if I don't remember wrong I have been there a couple of times per year. It feels good to tell the young people about drugs and alcohol and all the dangers but best of all to tell them about Jesus, who brought me up from the pit of destruction. The night before I got a word from God during prayer and I wonder how I haven't realized this before. This is a good scripture to start with when I give my testimony as I can really relate on these words:
"He brought me up out of the pit of destruction, out of the miry clay, And He set my feet upon a rock making my footsteps firm. He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God; Many will see and fear And will trust in the Lord." (Psalms 40:2-3)
Yes, God really brought me up out of the pit of destruction, out of the miry clay. He did set my feet upon a rock; Jesus and He is making my footsteps firmer each and every day. He already has putted many new songs in my mouth, songs of praise to Him and my mission is that many will see and fear and trust in the Lord, Jesus Christ. The new album is still under work and I just came to think about the title track "Thankful" when i red this scripture. That is one of the series of songs GOD have given to me. It would be pride to say I wrote them as these songs have been given to me through The Holy Spirit in a supernatural way.
This coming weekend we are going to be at the Ostrobothnia Exhibition in Botniahalli outside Vasa. It will be the fourth year in a row when we are there as Ambassadors For Jesus Christ representing our Lord, giving away Bibles and speaking to people. We are in an urgent need of funds for our upcoming ministry missions and IF you feel led by GOD to sow into our ministry you are more than welcome with your donation.
I want to wish you all a blessed week in
the mighty name of Jesus Christ!
Love ya'll!
