Dear friends,
Another week is gone and lots of things are happening right now. The album is now at the printers and should arrive from there next week before I take off towards the USA. Last friday I attended the youth night "Life in Him" in Laihia and I was amazed over how many people came. The place was almost packed and again we got into an atmosphere that changes lives.
Saturday me and my son were training to ride as he has a test at the drivers school this week. I am proud of my son and he will be a good biker, an Ambassador For Jesus Christ. It was cold out but what can you do. I took my bike for her last ride for the season and she is now at Recycle Motor and Music's garage. This is a new association here in Vasa and they are just finishing their facilities and it will be a nice place. It will also be the new place for the Finland Ambassadors to hang out and from next year we are going to have regular Biker Church Sundays there.
I also had time to visit a group of youth immigrants at the Baptist Church in Oravais and it was a powerful meeting together with these young people. God showed me that some of them are going to return to their home countries with the gospel in the future and it felt good to encourage them to eat the word of God and abide in Christ and let His word abide in them.
It is so important with our spiritual food today. I think it is more important than ever before as the world is serving so many good looking and also good tasting meals but they are dangerous. Therefore we should really see that all we take in is grounded in the word of God and pure. We have learned that faith comes by hearing and it is also important that we chose what we listen too. I am NOT saying you have to stop listening to worldly music and all that kind of nonsense but I am just telling you to keep you heart clear. What comes in through the ears goes to the heart and YOU can chose what you listen too. Someone can listen to anything without having a problem but another one can listen to the same stuff and get weird. We are all different and therefore we should not say you shall not do this and you shall not do that. It makes us very bad looking in the eyes of the world we are trying to save. Just watch what you eat as you become what you eat, it is as simple as that!
The coming times
Next week on wednesday I am traveling first to Sölvesborg, Sweden for a conference and to Södertälje, Sweden for a one night meeting before I jump on the plane in Stockholm and fly to Houston, Texas. A meeting at Centrumkyrkan in Bromölla, outside Sölvesborg was just booked in for Thursday, October 27th.
The Thankful album release
The new album "Thankful" will be released for the USA tour. I am looking forward to have the final product with me and what I have heard so far of the new mixes the album will be something different. I have never ever worked like this and I am thankful for so many things. I am very thankful for brother Martin Kantola who have been working with the project and believing in my music. This record will be totally different than any other records or productions I have done before. Now I do not only speak about the songs. To work in a high class studio with a high class and professional engineer and producer is amazing. Without Kantola this project would never have been done and this is the best production I ever have been involved in. The record will also be released in Finland by Aikamedia this fall so get yourselves prepared for the ultimate Christmas gift for your friends and family.
During the same time The Ambassadors For Jesus Christ Motorcycle Ministry are giving away a single with the title JESUS LOVES YOU and this will be ready for the Lonestar Rally in Galveston, Texas. The cd is a tract with four songs from the Thankful album and a testimony, the word of God, the sinners prayer and Pastor Hollywood Joes Biker prayer. You can listen to the entire cd HERE!
Mission America 2011
In USA we will first attend The Lonestar Rally in Galveston, Texas and this will be my fourth year at the rally. Our ministry over in USA have also set up meetings for me during my stay and me and brother Samuel Eby have decided to do what the Apostles did so we also can get what the Apostles got during a five day long road trip of Texas. The first weekend of november we are going to be at the Lonestar Rally in Galveston, Texas. Last year around 480.000 bikes plus even more bikers showed up. The day after the rally we are brining the church to the homeless under the bridges of Houston. Tuesday november 8th I am visiting The Table in the wilderness that is a rehab center and store for people who are recovering from drugs and alcohol. Wednesday november 9th I am speaking at Family Church in Houston, Texas and on thursday november 10th at New Life Fellowship in Seguin, Texas. On friday night that same week it is time for a youth meeting in San Antonio and sunday november 13th we have Biker Church at Big Mike's Harley shop in Deer Park, Texas. More meetings are going to pop up in the calendar for Texas.
From Houston, Texas I fly to Goshen, Ohio for one meeting at Heartland Christian Church before I end my Mission America 2011 trip in Florida with two meetings at the Finnish Pentecostal Church of Lake Worth. Dates are being confirmed and God is opening doors. IF you feel led by The Holy Spirit to be a happy giver you are more than welcome to sow into the work we do for the Kingdom. We need to print tracts and cd:s we are going to give away. We need gas and lodging and we also might need to eat on the road. Our goal is to raise 3000 euros before the end of September. Pray with us! We believe in a breakthrough during this trip and we are looking forward for everything to come.
