I thank God for each and everyone of you readers when I write and pray that what I write would encourage you and bless you in any kind of way. I try to keep my thoughts positive as God is good. Sometimes it is hard to stay positive as the flesh is weak. "Keep watching and praying that you may not enter into temptation; the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak." (Mark 26:41).
There are so many temptations in this world and when we look at the world today we see bad and horrible news. When did you last time see the headlines of a newspaper or magazine with some good news? It is all bad news and I would love to see headlines such as "Man miraculously healed from cancer", "Woman raised from the dead", "Youth revival in Istanbul" or "Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever". Those are good news or if we go a bit further we could see headlines as: "Keith Richards found Jesus and became a new creation", "Homeless man found God and got a job" or "Alcoholic delivered after meeting Jesus". The news of this world are bad and when we read them we often fall into temptations of unbelief and loss of faith. We start to think that things are impossible and we forget what the word of God says about those who believe: "For nothing is impossible with God" (Luke 1:37) We have to keep our mind and heart clean from all bad news and look at the big picture, our main goal heaven. While I was down in Texas I watched a sermon with Jessie Duplantis who shared about his encounter and trip to heaven and that was encouraging. You should try to look that up, it is available on DVD and a brother of mine have ordered it for me. That gave a taste of what it is going to be like in heaven and I just know that everything will be good when I finally one day get there.
Do all people go to heaven?
The answer is no! To access the Kingdom of God and to get eternal life you need to be born again. You can ONLY be born again by believing in Christ Jesus. By faith are we saved through God's amazing grace. Imagine how easy it is. All you have to do is to believe that Jesus is Lord, ask Him to forgive you for all your sins and repent. God made it very easy for us but we do our best to make it difficult and hard with different rules, regulations and unwritten laws. Keep the gospel simple and just believe in Jesus! Don't forget to confess with your mouth (Romans 10:9-10).
Back in Florida
My trip over here in America is coming towards its end. I had a wonderful week in Texas with my brothers and sisters and I did something I never done before, I fired a gun. Yes, I have never fired a handgun before and last tuesday I went to shoot with some of the brothers. I tried four different guns, one 9mm, one 10mm, a 38 Special and a 357 Magnum. It was a nice experience but I would love the see a world without any guns.
We had some good fellowship and good food together the last days and as I do have to earn some money as well we started up a small business thing with one of the brothers. Our company is called C.P Export & Import and we are going to import motorcycles and cars from USA to Europe. I can not wait to get some extra income as I really need it. I have no dreams getting rich, I am rich enough in Christ Jesus. I just want to be able to live and what is left over I am going to use to spread the Gospel. It takes money to run a ministry and I do not mind doing some business besides my ministry at all. My main focus is still on Jesus and what HE called me to do and will always be. We also decided that we will go to Daytona Beach for The Bikeweek in march 2012 with The Ambassadors For Jesus Christ Motorcycle Ministry.
I left Texas friday morning and later the same day I arrived at the airport in Cincinnati. I was on my way to Ohio but when my brother Gary Cooper picked me up at the airport and I said: - So this is Ohio. Brother Cooper answered: - Well, not really. It is a bit complicated but we are actually in Kentucky right now. The Cincinnati airport is in Kentucky while the city Cincinnati is in Ohio. Well we entered Ohio and had a wonderful night with good food and fellowship.
The following day we went for brunch to a church in the town Goshen and Saturday night I ministered at a meeting at Heartland Fellowship Church in the same town. It was a wonderful night and many people got touched and inspired by The Holy Spirit that night. It was completely a God thing. I met brother Cooper last year when I visited his friend who were suffering from cancer. We have stayed in touch since then and now it was time to meet again. Brother Cooper had worked everything out in Ohio and set everything up. I am so thankful that I got to go there and hopefully I will be back there next year again.
Yesterday I had the privilege to go out for lunch with the Cooper family and eating at a restaurant called Quaker Steak was an experience. They dropped me off at the airport (in Kentucky) and soon I was on my flight to Tampa, Florida where I picked up my rental car and drove here, to Lakeland, Florida. I try to visit Lakeland when I come to Florida as this place means something to me. It was back in 2008 I came her for the first time. Then there was a wonderful revival and outpouring going on. I met some wonderful people during that outpouring and that first trip here came to change my life. For two weeks I saw signs, wonders and miracles every day. That is something that every Christians should experience at least ones during this life time. When we get stuck with unbelief and temptations we can just remember what we have seen with our own eyes.
I will spend this day (monday) here in Lakeland and tonight I am heading towards Port Charlotte. Tomorrow I drive the wonderful coast to coast road and will be in the Port St. Lucie are for four days before I end this trip with two meetings at The Finnish Pentecostal Church of Lake Worth, saturday and sunday. The saturday meeting is in english and the sunday service in finnish. Come if you can!
All I can say for now is that I am thankful and that this trip has been such a wonderful and blessed adventure together with Jesus. Soon I am back home again!
Love you all!
