Midsummer in God's creation!

Dear Friends,

Since I returned from Ethiopia I made a three day trip together with my daughter Jennifer to Sweden. We went to Ichtys MC:s 30 years anniversary and we had a wonderful time. Not only the anniversary was wonderful. To me the biggest thing was that me and my daughter went somewhere and did something together for the first time ever. We have been through some really hard storms but again I can see God doing His thing. There is so much to be thankful for in life and right now I am thankful for being home during midsummer. I also preached in our church, Kvevlax Missionskyrka for the first time ever. It felt good and it was a good night. This week I have been at home working on coming projects and every night me and my son Sebastian have been out fishin'. It is not the fish that ministers to me, it is to be out in God's wonderful creation in the nature. We sure have a beautiful planet and imagine what it would be if we had done our things right. To me it is just relaxing to be out by the water looking at God's paintings on the sky and what He has created for us; it ones was paradise!

Next week I am working from the PTL Ministries head quarters in Sölvesborg, Sweden. As I earlier mentioned I will work more with PTL and Pastor Tommy Lilja in the future and I am excited. Due to this change in the "system" this year will be hectic and from Sweden I will continue back to Sweden, to Zambia, USA, Canada, England and back to Sweden before the last long trip this year: Mission America from October 28th until December 4th. To many it all sounds crazy but to me? I love doing what I am doing and I feel that I am alive and living the life I should have been living earlier. Forever thankful to God!

Some things I have been pondering about the last days that I wanted to share with you all:

Romans 8:1 that there is NO condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus and the enemy, the devil is doing his best to lie to us and make us believe that our sins are not forgiven.

"And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, has he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it."
Colossians 2:13-15

The Bible says that we can not longer sin. That is the NEW CREATION we ARE in CHRIST. We still carry the "old me" and the dying of the "old me" is a process that takes the rest of our lives. IF I would tell you that I do not sin I would be a liar. WE ALL SIN but because of what JESUS did we are NO LONGER SINNERS!

Paul wrote this very clear and he did also sin:

"Has then what is good become death to me? Certainly not! But sin, that it might appear sin, was producing death in me through what is good, so that sin through the commandment might become exceedingly sinful. For we know that the law is spiritual, but I am carnal, sold under sin. For what I am doing, I do not understand. For what I will to do, that I do not practice; but what I hate, that I do. If, then, I do what I will not to do, I agree with the law that it is good. But now, it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells in me. For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh) nothing good dwells; for to will is present with me, but how to perform what is good I do not find. For the good that I will to do, I do not do; but the evil I will not to do, that I practice. Now if I do what I will not to do, it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells in me.

I find then a law, that evil is present with me, the one who wills to do good. For I delight in the law of God according to the inward man. But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death? I thank God—through Jesus Christ our Lord!

So then, with the mind I myself serve the law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin." Romans 7:13-25

What appeared to me is a very sad thing and it is the fact that the devil is using us Christians to lie to each other and point finger at each others sin to make each other believe that what Jesus did for us is not enough. This is very sad and I see it and I hear it all the time and I do it myself. Think about the plank in your own eye before you even try to look at the speck in your brother's eye! (Matt 7:3-5 & Luke 6:41-42)

This is a fact: The Devil is using us even if we do not want him to use us, therefore lay down ALL FINGER POINTING, JUDGING and CAST OUT ALL RELIGIOUS SPIRITS and read 1 COR 13 over and over again! LOVE is the secret! GOD love us FIRST and it is time for us Christians to start walking in that LOVE. Stop looking at what other people do and take a look in the mirror!!! START TO WALK IN THAT LOVE and ALSO YOU WILL CHANGE!

It works the same way when two christians speaks negatively about a third christian as the same sin that is in the third part might be in one of the two others or even a similar sin and immediately the devil is there with his lies. My conclusion is: stay focused on Jesus, do not bother yourself with what other people do, make sure YOU are on the right page with Jesus and the ONLY WAY you can be that is through repentance and His Amazing Grace! Find the positive sides in other people and speak out them as encouragement. When you speak out something negative about someone to someone else this someone else will most likely not mention it to the person it matters and if he does then the person it matters will be discouraged. When you speak out positive things about the person the other person will most likely tell the person it is about what you said and this is to encouragement for everyone. We ALL have good and bad sides so let the good sides and each others gifts bear good fruit and not only think positive, speak it out and be the one GOD created you to be.
