It is with a warm and thankful feeling I am writing today. Right now we are spending a few days off here in Tranås after being at the LP Camp at Gullbranna here in Sweden.
We came to Gullbranna, late Monday night last week. Tuesday we rehearsed with the band and on Wednesday the camp started. LP is working with people who have problems with drugs and alcohol. They also do work amongst the youth so they won’t fall in the trap as well as taking care of so many young people who have problems at home with their parents being addicts.
Between 500-600 people visited the cam and every day there were Bible studies and in the evenings there were meetings. I had the honor to be part of the houseband and we had a blast. It was not easy but with God’s help we made it through the week. Now when I am looking back at what God did in peoples lives it gives me that warm and thankful feeling.
Saturday night we had a short concert where we presented the new HOPE album that has arrived from the CD plant. Finally the album is ready after working on it since August 2014 and I would like to thank Janne Hyöty for the final touch he did on the album. I believe all struggles that came along the way were ordered by God as without them I realize today that I would not have come in contact with Janne Hyöty and the album is way better than I thought it would be.
On Sunday the camp ended and 25 people got baptized in the sea. I had the grace to baptize my own cousin Mats who I recently met after not having any connection for most of my adult life. It was a windy day, the waves were high but it was a holy moment.
Now we are preparing for Tranås cruising this weekend and we are looking forward to rock with the band. They are expecting 2000 American cars to enter this little town and tens of thousands of people. We are here to deliver a bold message about Jesus Christ and to be here for the people. We will continue our tour here in Sweden for the rest of the month and the dates are found in the calendar.
We are living in very exciting times and as it looks right now we are returning to Germany in September. End of October we are heading back to USA and we will be ministering in Florida for a little bit over one month. Basically we are booked but there are dates available here and there, especially in the US.
