We got home safe from USA 12 days ago. The spring was here for a day and then the snow returned. It has been wonderful to be home with our loved ones.
We have spent most of the days and evenings in the garage working on ”Rock Force One” to get it in shape before the upcoming tour. The days have been hard as well as there has been lots of resistance and things that have not worked out as planned. It is always like that when we are in the middle of two major Gospel tours. We do not fight against flesh and blood… but sometimes it feels like you get stabbed in the back by other believers.
Christians have during many years built up barriers between the church and the non believers. We strongly feel that the time has come when it is time to kick down more of these barriers. We need to be able to reach the lost souls and these need to be taken care of with LOVE and PATIENCE. Church is not a social club for perfect people. It was originally meant as a place for the hurt and wounded to get healing through the blood of Christ and learn more about the secrets of our creator that was hidden in Jesus.
Today we did the last adjustments on the van and in a few hours we are leaving. Our first stop is on good Friday in Oxölesund, Sweden where we are going to talk to a group of people. Saturday evening we are playing with Jukka Mäkikangas, Zet Tonmyr and Lennart Elvmyr at House of Gospel in Gothenburg.
Sunday it is time for a longer ferry ride down to Germany. We have two weeks of ministry in Germany followed with outreach and meetings in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. This is very exciting since these are new doors that God has opened and we hope that you stand in agreement with us in prayer that people shall get saved.
No progress???
I got very encouraged one morning while writing to a friend who used the term ”no progress”. Let me tell you what God spoke to me. There is no such thing as ”no progress” in the Kingdom of God. God works in mysterious ways that we can not see. Neither will we understand His ways and how He is working things out. Too often we are going through our battles in this life and we think we are getting nowhere, in other words ”no progress”. Well, when we pray and we read the word. We keep proclaiming the word of God in and for what ever situations it does not matter if we don’t get anywhere. The most important thing is that God is moving and HE has PROMISED as that when we draw closer to Him, He will draw closer to us. It more simple than we think and I think we all have things we have to let go and just let God take care of the progress as He never sleeps. A righteous mans prayers shall be heard. A mothers prayers shall be answered… There are so many promises in the Bible that we can’t grasp it all. When we think there is no progress there is progress. When we think it is over it is not over. When we think it is not going to work out it will work out. Still most of the time not the way we want but the way He wants.
This trip is also a financial challenge. If YOU want to be part of this one month long Gospel tour you can donate through PayPal or our bank account. Lets work together, it is called teamwork
God Bless!
