Today we hung at Monicas and Roys house and sister Rosa made us a fantastic dinner with bbq chicken, home made beans and rice. Her husband Shrimpman showed up later as well as brother Sterling and brother John. We spent some time in prayer together and it all felt really good. I am glad that I get to meet these people over here and it feels like the time is going fast as there are so much that could be done together with these friends but I know that I will be back next year as long as the Lord keeps the doors open and wants me back.
Later Monicas son Matthew took me and Sebastian to the local Guitar Center and that is always dangerous. I mean for a guitar player from Finland to walk into an American guitarshop. So much to look at and so much that would be "nice to have". As you dont have any extra dollars you only take a look at things and it is always nice to check out guitars. Of course we stopped at Starbucks on our way home!
The Lord was good to me this day and I got really blessed. More than that I am not going to tell you right now but I am sure you all will get to know more later. We sat up late tonight together with Shrimpmans brother who visited us here in Pasadena and I am so happy for him. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour today and this one soul won for the Lord makes the angels sing in heaven today. It is so wonderful to be saved.
