Dear Friends,

It has been a while since I wrote but we have had very exciting times and we have truly seen that God is good! A minor thing is that we got an offer to purchase an old hearse and some of our Saab’s has to go, some already found new homes. To me the most important thing is to share the message about Jesus, salvation and eternal life. When we were offered this car one thing came to my mind. Of course I first thought that the car has a lot of space that we need on our trips and tours. Can there be a better billboard about life after death than on a hearse? I do not think so. We got the car, fixed the damages and got the message ”there IS life after death” on vehicle and now we are rolling. It sure gets lots of attention and I am just thinking about that it will create a thought in peoples mind and hearts what it is all about. Everything starts with a thought.

Our first trips with the hearse, that is technically in mint condition were to this weekends benefit concerts together with my cousin Ann-Katrine Burman. We had our first concert in Närpes, Friday evening and it was a good night. I spoke to some people who had comments on the hearse and started to understand that people don’t really fancy to drive in a hearse. The damages and the fact that the car used to carry dead bodies was probably the reasons why it was dirt cheap.

We had a great time and cousin Ann-Katrine started with her songs that really touched peoples hearts. We got a good start on the fundraising that evening.

Yesterday we were on home ground and at 7pm we entered the stage before a packed church in Kvevlax, outside Vasa, our home town. Most of the audience were people who usually don’t go to church and that was a wonderful feeling. It was a great and fun night. Many relatives in the crowd that I have not met in years. What felt most valuable for me is that I had the grace to tell those who came about my best friend, Jesus. My message was simple. Together with the highlights of my testimony I said that so many people believe in God but only a few knows Jesus. As it is simple I wanted to keep it simple. Those who believes in Him… were the words and I encouraged them all to read the Gospel of John with the mindset to learn to know what Jesus said and what Jesus did. He is the same yesterday, today and forever.

I want to thank the churches of Närpes and Kvevlax for believing in what we do and host these concerts. I want to thank my cousin Ann-Katrine Burman for doing this together with me. She testified what she saw when she visited me at the hospital soon 13 years ago. She could not recognise me as I was in such bad shape. I was dying. I want to thank the musicians Yngve Lithen, Janne, Hyöty, Egon Veevo and Joona Ekroos for a great job and friendship. I want to thank all who came and all who donated towards our missions trip. TOGETHER we are making a difference. We are now closer to our goal for our estimated budget. This is very special to us as never ever before have we had such a good foundation before out trip. This means a lot for me personally. I don’t have to worry and stress about finances before the trip. I can focus on why we are going to the USA, to help people in need and tell them about Jesus Christ.

The dates for the tour is in the calendar and we are very excited! Thank you Jesus for taking us this far!
