I guess it is a little bit like Finland but also so different. The arcitecture is different as well as the cars. Spiritually I do not really know what I am doing here but I feel that God have called me to come here and share my life. I could imagine people from Finland travelling to America visiting other places than Fairfield. If I could choose I would go to Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Fransisco and all those famous places. Now it is GOD that are telling me where to go and when HE open up doors and connections I have to go.
Pastor Brian took us out for lunch and a nice ride around the area before it was time to get back in and relax before tonights meeting at New Life Community Church. I felt that there was something going to happen tonight and I had to ask the Lord what HE wanted me to do. There were certain things that I never touched before while preaching that I now afterwards know was from God. I even tried on a word of knowledge and yes it was of God. Now I am praying that God would answer all prayers we prayed tonight and actually I have faith in that right now. That is giving me strength right now and I have a good feeling about being right here, right now even if my son Sebastian thinks it is boring compared to Houston, Texas.
The meeting was a Celebrate Recovery meeting and immediately when we stepped inside the church I felt that this is the right place for me to share about all wonderful things Jesus have done in my life. Again God was right and I am just so thankful for this night here in Fairfield, Iowa. I am struggling with the english while preaching as I have an accent but so does Reinhard Bonnke. I am not a man of God like him and I also struggle speaking my own language but when Jesus is around and we get to do what HE calls us to do it does not matter how we speak. It is what we speak according to HIS word and will that matters.
Tomorrow is a new day with new adventures and tomorrow we are doing something for the local radio network here. Thank you Jesus for this wonderful day!
