Back in Sweden!

Our Gospel Express bus took us down south on Thursday, September 12th. I have learned that I am not that young anymore that I can drive 450 kilometers the same day I have an event. We are very blessed to have the bus as we take our home with us on the road.

Friday evening we were at Hard Gospel Cafe in Porvoon Helluntaiseurakunta. It was a wonderful evening where I got to share my testimony with some music. Again we had a health professional come up on stage verifying that it is a miracle that I am alive.

After we were done in Borgå we drove to Sibbo and parked outside the Betania church. The rain was pouring down and the weather forecast showed rain for the following day. We were scheduled to be doing a concert outdoors at the church´s garden party and fundraiser. I was sure that we were going to be inside the church.

We returned home Sunday evening and on Monday we started to prepare for the Swedish tour. The bus needed to be inspected before our departure and first it did not pass. Nothing serious but they are just doing their job, We took the bus to Vasa Truck Service who took us in on very short notice and fixed what needed to be fixed. I am glad we took it there as they discovered an air leak on the front brakes and fixed that as welll.

Thursday morning we left home and Gospel Express boarded M/S Aurora Botnia to Holmsund, Sweden. From Holmsund we drove down to Indal where we parked outside the church of Indal.

Friday morning I had the grace to sing at brother Stefans mother in laws funeral. It was a beautiful funeral in an old church founded over six hundred years ago. I sang two songs and said a few words. The least I can do for people who are dear to me.

It is only because of God I know Stefan and his family. He has become one of those close friends that I can share everything with. A brother and friend that I trust 100% and he is a huge part of our ministry. Together we have share much joy but also sorrow, frustration and anxiety.

It is worth more than any money in the world to have people like Stefan and his family in my life. Honestly I have to say that I am too blessed. I could actually say that I am spoiled. God has been so good to me.

Friday was also the official release day for my Swedish album ”Be en bön för mig”. It is interesting to see how people will receive it. It is a Swedish version of Rockahilly Hymns with some necessary adds as well as some of my older originals translated to Swedish.

Saturday was time for the fist ”real gig” on this tour here in Sweden. This tour I will most likely keep playing the songs from the new album. It was actually fun to sing the songs in Swedish today.

It was a sunny day and the stage was warm but in the shade you could feel that the summer is over and fall is here. I did four sets of music and shared my heart between the songs.

In this small community we have had problems with a complaining neighbor. He showed up today again with just lies. I am absolutely sure that it is spiritual. He can’t stand the message of Jesus Christ and evil forces are driving this poor man to do such crazy things. A sad story as there is not much joy in this mans life.

It is normal that people come and complain sometimes but when one person keeps doing it time after time after time, for years it is annoying. This man and his wife desperately need your prayers. We all know that Jesus can do miracles. This is why we are on the road so that people could be set free, delivered, healed and saved. The good news needs to be confirmed with power from The Holy Spirit.

The tour has started and it feels good to be out on the road again! Next stop is Munkfors on Wednesday, September 25th and from September 27th to 30th we are going to be back in Säffle. Looking forward for the rest of this journey.
