It is finished!

The weather was very hot and it was too hot for walking in the day time, so I spent time in the bus working on coming tours and taking care of things. I even washed our laundry and this time I did it right. In the evenings when it cooled down I took my walks and Sebastian joined me on some walks. Sebastian have been working on the bus and he is doing such a great job. He is very important and I could not do this without him by my side, my own son. What a privilege to do this together.

On Friday we drove from Stadtsteinach to Oelsnitz, Vogtland and parked the bus outside brother Berndts house. Brother Theo Tholsma picked us up and took us to his place Vogtlandperle and it was the fourth time we visited this place. Such a wonderful place, worth its name. Definitely a spiritual pearl.

At 7:30 pm it was time for our event and we had a good crowd. Theos wife Karin was translating me and I shared my testimony and also spoke about the two months spent here in Germany.

It was a very blessed evening and when we were finished we packed our stuff in the bus and drove to Lichtenfels. Upon our arrival there I received a message from Theo with something that just made this trip worth it all. There was a party in heaven that evening.

We parked the bus in Lichtenfels and went to bed. The following day I was picked up by a team of wonderful brothers and we drove to the prison in Kronach. A wonderful little town with a castle on the hill and the prison was located just next to the castle. Brother Thomas from Zwickau also came there and I am so thankful for him and him showing up on different places. I known him for a long time and he is good to have with me, especially in prisons.

We had a wonderful time in the prison and of course we gave the prisoners a chance to ask questions and again I was surprised by such deep questions. I know that God did something in peoples hearts that afternoon. I touched my heart!

Back in the bus it was time to rest and in the evening I took a short walk in Lichtenfels. I had never been there before so it was all new to me. The following morning was early. We were picked up at 9:00 am and taken to the main square. the ”marktplatz” where the local church FCG Lichtenfels together with CMF Franken had a Biker Church Service.

When we left there was some small rain but when we came to the place the sun came out and we had a wonderful weather for this wonderful event with lots of people. Many came to talk afterwards and I know God did touch some hearts right there and then as well. Means everything to me.

When we were done we were taken back to the bus and we left Lichtenfels around 12:30 pm. It had started to rain right when everything was packed down at the main square so God was with us with the good weather.

We drove up to Travemunde with two toilet stops and arrived here right after 7 pm and checked in at tha campground we stayed at when we came to Germany two months ago. I was pretty tired after a long day and we went to bed early that evening.

Yesterday I wanted to go down to the shore and breathe in some ocean air. As I grew up by the sea I am used to the sea. It is very different in Germany where there are only smaller lakes and rivers. It was a hot day and I just looked over the ocean and thought about that now this tour is over. My feelings are divided. I love being on the road, especially when God shows up and does His thing but on the same time I can’t wait to get back home to my wife and the rest of the family.

I am so thankful for this journey. Thankful to God for what He has done. Thankful for all the people we have served together with and all wonderful people we have met. This journey was worth everything and so much more.

When we are coming home I will hopefully have time to do some boating. We are also going to fix the bus and do the yearly inspection. Without our bus it would not be possible to do these tours so we are very thankful for our 30 year old bus with over three million kilometers behind.

We will be home for one month and we have not decided yet when we leave for our Swedish Summer tour 2026. I think we leave around July 9th and we are going to be in Sweden to mid August. Another adventure I am looking forward to. Actually I was a guest in Trosgnistans TV program "30 minuter med Trosgnistan" yesterday at Kanal 10 in Sweden. I love the people behind Trosgnistan. They have their own special place in my heart.

Now we are here until tomorrow evening when we board the ferry back to Finland. If everything goes as scheduled we should be home Friday evening. It sure has been a wonderful journey! Praise God!
