Thank you 2025! Welcome 2026

A highlight was of course our two month tour of Germany and The Netherlands in the spring and early summer. Our team there has been working very hard and done a fantastic job. We had a period when we though we were going to be off in the middle of the tour but all of a sudden doors we never could have imagined opened up. We visited more prisons and clinics during this one trip than previous years together. We got to see people make their decision to receive Jesus Christ into their lives as Lord and Savior. Not only that, we heard afterwards how these people stayed on the road and wanted to be obedient and get baptized. It is just amazing.

The summer tour in Sweden was also another wonderful adventure. We did lots of outreach and gave away lots of books. We met the people out on the streets and everywhere God opened up for a chance to share the good news. This is what we want to do and this is what we are going to continue to do.

During 2025 we slept almost half of the nights of the year in our Gospel Express bus. Without the bus nothing of what we did last year would have been possible. We also did a short tour of Finland this fall but again I was reminded of why I do not like ministering in Finland. We can’t afford to drive from place to place if there are no funds and here in Finland it is more like that the evangelist or the artist has to pay. We thank those who have helped us financially this year from the bottom of our hearts.

Our web store has been renewed and thanks to a long term relationship with Musikhaus Thomann we have been able to buy damaged instruments that we have fixed up and sold to happy customers. This in co operation with Mat & Nostalgi in Viksjö and parts of the benefit goes to our missionary work. In other words when you buy a guitar or a bass from our web store you are also helping us reach the lost. We have sold a few hundred guitars since we started and Sebastian is becoming really good at fixing the guitars and basses.

The later part of the year I have been battling some health issues due to my COPD. During our last trip to Sweden I got the A virus flu that took the most of the strength out of me and I was in the hospital due to pneumonia for a few days. I am slowly getting better and will just take it easy and not stress.

December 28th was 35 years ago since me and my wife Hannele got engaged. Together with Mikko Talso we wrote a song dedicated to our relationship and the lyrics are in Finnish. A true story of a godly woman who have been beside her husband even when most women would have left. A true love story that I am so thankful for.

I have been working on new music and just today I received a few mixes from Janne Hyöty and I am very excited about how the new songs come outt. A single will be released early 2026 and the full album ”Gospel Express” will be released before we head back out on the European roads, early April 2026. Never before have we had this many bookings in advance and our German team is just doing a fantastic job and God is faithful as new doors are opening up. We are going to be away from home for nearly three months so the European tour is what we put high priority on right now. We are also planning our summer tour in Sweden but most likely we are doing a shorter summer tour 2026. It all depends on how things turn out.

Even if we had a fantastic year we did not manage to break even financially. We are negative 4000 euros and our prayer is that we would be able to raise 4000 euros as soon as possible so we could enter into the new year with a blank paper. Again, we are not doing this to earn money or get rich. We are doing this because it is our way to tell Jesus how much we love Him.
